GFWC International tallies up volunteer hours and contributions from membership in order to assess our impact on Club initiatives. Members are asked to turn in this information each year in late December or early January.

Using these quarterly sheets makes the process of tabulating much easier.

Narrative for Club Reporting

This form is to be used by every Committee Chair to report committee activities for the year.  The forms are sent to the Club President who forwards them to the NM State President.  These are judged and awards are given for the best activities compared to other NM State club activities.
